Orders and pricing

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction via secure server or by email, post, fax or telephone. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo . If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

The web price includes VAT at following rates.

• Fuel  @ 5% ( for own use only)
• Bedding & Litter @ 20%

Fuel purchased for re-sale to third party incurs VAT rate of 20%. It is the buyers responsibility to inform the seller if they are re-selling.

Delivery methods

Bagged products:
Delivered on pallets and usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days on HGV with tail lift. The following options are available at additional costs, contact the seller for prices

• Before 12am next day
• Saturday AM
• Deliveries within M25 mtorway, Scotland or off-shore islands are available at increased cost

The delivery driver will offload using pallet trucks giving a tailboard service.

Bulk products:
Delivered in companies own bulk blown delivery vehicles, 3 to 14 tonne quantities per delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Refunds will only be given against  pellets that are returned in unopened re-saleable bags. It is the purchasers responsibility to organise and pay for transport costs.
